WI Week One

So I had my first Weigh In (WI) last night. And I was down 3.8 pounds! Success!

This cold is still here. Nothing new there. I went to the gym last night and worked with Chris for an hour, which was actually really great. Even though I felt like crap before, I did the full hour and felt great afterwards.

Tonight is week two of my running clinic. I will be going to here this weeks topic and deciding after if I feel like running. I probably will run, since it is Bring a Buddy night. So Colin will be coming with me! YAY!
